Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is handled when you visit interstellarinference.ai (and interstellarinference.com, which redirects there) or email us. The site is run by Interstellar Inference LLC ("i²," "we"), a Virginia limited liability company.
The short version: the site has no forms, no analytics, no advertising and no cookies of our own. Its fonts, styles and scripts are all served from our own domain. One service provider, Cloudflare, sees basic technical data because it hosts the site. If you email us, we receive what you send.
1. What we collect
- Nothing through the site directly. We don't ask you to sign up, fill in a form or log in, and we don't run analytics or tracking scripts.
- Email you send us. If you write to jackbeerman@interstellarinference.ai, we receive your email address, your name (if included), your message and any attachments. We use this to reply and, if we work together, to run the engagement.
2. Service provider that receives technical data
Loading any web page sends your browser's IP address, and usually a user-agent string (browser and device type), to the servers that deliver it.
- Cloudflare (hosting and security). The site is a static site served by Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare processes request data, such as IP addresses, request logs and security data, to deliver the site, protect it from attacks and abuse, and keep its network running. Cloudflare's privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
We don't receive Cloudflare's logs for marketing, and we don't combine technical data with other data to identify you.
3. Cookies and local storage
We don't set cookies or use tracking technologies. If you use the light/dark switch, your browser remembers that one choice in its own local storage on your device; it is never sent to us. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies (for example, if it needs to check that a visitor is not a bot). These are used only for security and are listed in Cloudflare's cookie documentation.
4. How we use and share information
We use emails you send to answer you, discuss and deliver work, and keep business records. We store email in Google Workspace. We don't sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it for profiling. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the security of the site.
5. How long we keep it
We keep business email as long as needed to respond, carry out any engagement and meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations, and then delete it. Cloudflare keeps technical data under its own retention policies.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you (in practice, emails you've sent us), or for a copy of it, by writing to jackbeerman@interstellarinference.ai. We'll respond within a reasonable time, and within any period the law requires.
Virginia. We are a Virginia company. If the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act applies to your information, you can use the rights above, including correction, deletion and a copy of your data, by emailing us. If we decline a request, you can ask us to reconsider by replying to our answer. We don't sell personal data or process it for targeted advertising or profiling.
7. Children
The site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and its effective date.
